Booking a delivery is simple! Just sign up or log in to our platform, enter your pick-up and drop-off locations, choose the item size that best suits your needs from the list of available options, and confirm your booking. For Large items, you will be taken to the Drivers Hub- which is a list of available delivery companies and drivers.You’ll receive real-time updates on your delivery status.

We will be operating in multiple regions, with a focus on Halifax Regional Municipality for now. Our network is constantly expanding, so please check our website for the most up-to-date service locations.

Yes! Once your delivery is booked, you can track the driver’s progress through our platform, giving you full visibility from pick-up to drop-off.

Delivery fees are based on factors such as distance, package size, weight, and the type of service you select. You’ll receive a price estimate before confirming your booking, ensuring full transparency.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. Payment is securely processed through our platform through Stripe at the time of booking.

Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees. However, additional charges may apply for special requests like express delivery, fragile items, or delivery to remote locations. These will be clearly outlined before you confirm your booking.

We partner with reputable delivery companies and vetted drivers that prioritize safety and reliability. All drivers undergo background checks, and packages are insured during transit to give you peace of mind.

In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer support immediately. We’ll initiate an investigation and work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue promptly, including processing any applicable insurance claims.

Your privacy is our priority. We employ advanced encryption and security measures to protect your personal data, and we never share your information with third parties without your consent.

We value your feedback! After each delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to rate your experience and provide comments through our platform. Your input helps us continually improve our services.

The driver dashboard will show incoming orders when you set availability in the schedules tab. Please note that the order will disappear from the dashboard when another driver with the same availability has accepted the order.

A post-delivery image is mandatory as it ensures that the delivery has been made in a timely and efficient manner.

You can head over to the schedules tab and select your availability, both dates and times. The save button must be clicked after to make sure the schedule is saved.

When you select “company” under your profile, you will be sent an email to confirm business registration. Once that has been done, you will have access to the marketplace feature which includes a manage company tab and a Quotes tab. You can input the quote for large items from the list individually and save it.

Once you are signed up as a company after confirming your business registration with us, you can head over to the manage company tab and add or remove drivers by sending email invites. This would also give the company access to driver schedules, transactions, and contact information of drivers.
